Documents filed with the designated State Information Depository for Ohio are available.  If a document has been filed electronically, it may be viewed, and if desired downloaded at no cost.  If the document was not filed electronically you will have to contact the the Ohio Municipal Advisory Council at 330-963-7444 to order the document, for which there is a cost involved.
